There are 2 possibilities which might cause you to get an error whilst entering a message:


1. The first and most common reason is that your message contains more than 5000 characters. There is a limitation because we had to make a decsion between offering more functionality - like the use of colours within your message - but having less space for the actual message. We went for extra functionality. When calculating the size of your message, please remember that the database also counts "blank spaces" while calculating characters.

2. You have copy and pasted message from other software which has hidden characters. We suggest you to copy the message from Notepad.

Presently, we do not have an Online Calculator to help with calculating your message size, within Easy Responders, but soon it will be available for users, in a forthcoming release.

How do I load my existing emails using the CSV upload facility?

1. Download the sample CSV excel file from this link by RIGHT CLICKING and saving to your desktop. http://www.easyresponders.com/csvtestfile/test1.csv

2. Add your emails to the list and SAVE the file, please keep the headers in place.

3. Login to your account.

4. Select the Manage Email Prospect Option.

5. Select the Responder you require.

6. Click on the Browse button within the UPLOAD CSV OPTION.

7. Locate the file you want to load and then click on the UPLOAD button.

We call this the impatient user option. At the bottom of your follow up messages you will find a message which invites the end user to 'click here' if they want to receive your follow up messges immediately. We introduced this feature because very often if a propsect wants to buy your product but is not quite sure yet, he will wait for each of the daily follow ups to arrive before making a decision. This way, with immediate delivery of all remaining follow ups for the responder, if the user requires you can increase your chance of a sale.

There are two buttons First Name and Last Name. You can click on buttons to add user name in the message. Your message will show #fname# #lname# . The system will pick up username from your mailing list and replace this variable. For example, you want to say Hello John Smith. Your message will look like this, Hello #fname# #lname. You can also add these variables (#fname#, #lname#) in the content of your message wherev ever you want to address user.
NOTE: Please do not alter these variable, so it should be intact "#fname#", "#fname#"
