What are your terms and Condtions?
You are free to use Easy responders email marketing and auto responder services provided that you adhere to these straight forward and simple regulations.
SPAM
The sending and distribution of email to people who have not specifically requested it is "spam". Easy Responders accounts may not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense that Easy Responders does not permit. We monitor all accounts whether free or paid and any account seen to be SPAMMING will be immediately terminated.
Definition of Spamming:Concerning spam, the Easy responders.com Service Agreement reads:
• Sending and distributing email to people who have not specifically requested information from you.
• Batching or in any way trying to script the addition of new subscribers to the web form as a subscribe method.
• Sending unsolicited email thru third parties that then references your account.
• You may use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, from a third party so long as they are proven double opt-in lists.
Service Agreement Violations:
Concerning spam, the Easy Responders.com Service Agreement reads: Concerning spam, the Easy responders.com Service Agreement reads:
"Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an Easy Responders machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to Easy responders is STRICTLY prohibited. Easy Responder Systems will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. The subscriber will also be in violation of the Easy Responders Service Agreement and subject to legal action."
Easy Responder Zero Tolerance Policy:
If an Easy Responder account is reported or caught violating these terms of service it will be immediately terminated. The pro account customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any data in the terminated account.

Questions.
There's more to spam than just sending e-mail. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages can also be classified as spam, and are not permitted on the Easy responders system. For more information about unacceptable uses of Easy responders accounts, check the Easy responders FAQ.
Help Easy responders get rid of SPAM:
If you have received an unsolicited e-mail from an Easy responder account, please let us know. Simply forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to paul@easyresponders.com. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive information from the sender.
